This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACCC), ensuring you receive the protection you’re entitled to for faulty or incorrect items.

 


 

No Change-of-Mind Returns

Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns for change of mind.

 


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will:

  • Provide a replacement at no cost, or

  • Offer a full refund to your original payment method.

We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

 


 

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if an item is faulty or incorrect and a replacement is preferred over a refund.

 


 

How to Request a Return

  1. Email our team at info@ironwar.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.

 


 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

 


 

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
